Founder & Principal Consultant
Carey Jones
Carey Jones is the founder of Eden Growth Partners, supporting owner-led trades and service businesses across the Fraser Valley as they navigate growth, complexity, and the increasing weight of responsibility that comes with running a company.
Her work focuses on helping owners move out of constant reaction and into greater clarity, stability, and shared responsibility - particularly in businesses where too much still sits with the owner. With over 15 years of experience across operations leadership, project management, and organizational strategy, Carey brings a grounded, practical perspective to conversations about structure, decision-making, and leadership.
Carey’s approach is people-centered and values-led, shaped by her background in leadership studies and her belief that healthy businesses require both clear systems and thoughtful stewardship. She is an active member of Rotary Club of Chilliwack and remains deeply invested in the Fraser Valley and the communities Eden Growth Partners serves.
Carey also serves as an advisor to NourishConnect, a local initiative focused on strengthening food security in the region. More about this work can be found on the Community Impact page.
