This is 1:1 advisory support for owners carrying the weight of decisions themselves - and who want grounded perspective before deciding what comes next.
We work together to make sense of what you’re holding, clarify priorities, and untangle leadership or structural issues that are keeping too much on your plate.

Much of our work is rooted in owner-led trades and service businesses within our local community - particularly install-heavy operations where growth has increased risk faster than structure. These businesses are often technically strong, but carrying more pressure, exposure, and responsibility than their systems can support.
